Common questions
Can I plan a whole project in Subnotes?
Yes. Each project gets its own notebook, with headings for the parts of it, and any line in the notes can become a task. The Today and All Tasks views pull those tasks together across every notebook, so planning and doing stay in the same document.
Does Subnotes have due dates and recurring tasks?
Both, and neither is required. A task can have a date, repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, or carry no date at all — most things sit in Next, Soon or Someday instead.
Can I capture on my phone and write on my Mac?
That is the intended way to use it. Subnotes is one universal app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and the same notebooks sync privately over your own iCloud account.
